Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

Serves 4
Time: 30 minutes
8 ounces Country Pasta (homemade style wide egg noodles)
3 chicken breasts, cubed
½ medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 celery stalk, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken
3 cans chicken broth (more liquid may be needed)
½ tsp. Mrs. Dash Seasoning
¼ tsp. salt (and/or garlic salt)
6 ounces sour cream

Cook noodles as directed on package (stir often, these noodles tend to stick and burn).Cook chicken breast in 1-2 Tablespoons butter, add salt and pepper to taste.In a pot, sauté onion and garlic with a little butter until fragrant. Add celery and carrots and cook for 10 minutes; add cream of chicken and chicken broth, simmer.Add noodles and chicken to soup, season to taste. Stir in sour cream 3 minutes before serving.
