Hershey Chocolate Cake (moist)

2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. veg. oil
2 t. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Mix all dry ingred. add rest. add water last. Batter in thin!pour in greased and floured 9 by 13 pan.Bake 350 35-40 minutes
