1/2 c Water
1 1/2 c Whole Milk (I use 1 c heavy whipping cream 1/2 c milk)
2 T Yeast
1/2 c Sugar
2 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1/2 c Oil
5 1/2 c Flour
Combine water and milk and heat in microwave (or stove top) until quire warm, nearly hot. Pour into mixing bowl and sprinkle yeast on top, then sugar and salt. Let sit a few minutes until frothy or foamy looking. Stir in eggs and oil. (I beat my eggs with a fork into the oil) Add this to the mixing bowl. Add up to 5 1/2 c flour. Beat for 5 min in mixer. (Should be smooth and elastic, add more flour if necessary) Cover and let rise until double in size. (about 1 hour)
Grease 2 lrg cookie sheets. Spray counters with Pam and roll out dough into a large rectangle. Spread with 1 stick butter and sprinkle with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon. Roll up and cut into pieces with Floss or string.
Bake 350 for 25 min.
Frosting
2 cubes butter
1/2 block of cream cheese
1 lb (a whole bag) powdered sugar
Heavy whipping cream and milk
about 1 tsp vanilla
