- Flour Tortillas - raw are best
- Colby-Jack cheese, grated (or your favorite Mexican cheese blend)
- 2 T Taco Bell Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 Pint Chicken Chunks
- Cook tortillas on a hot griddle (400)
- Mix taco seasoning and chicken chunks
- Place cooked tortilla on griddle, layer with cheese and chicken, fold tortilla in half
- Cook Mary Lu on both sides until tortilla is crisp and cheese is melted
- Serve with your favorite Mexican Condiments
